Chelsea Reba is a SAG-Eligible performer in Los Angeles with a passion and dedication to her craft.
Born and raised in the Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C., she was on stage at the age of four. In her early years, Chelsea took every opportunity to act and sing, performing across the East Coast with various plays and ensembles. During her senior year of high school, she attended a musical theatre intensive five days a week. Highlights of her singing career include venues such as the Kennedy Center, Washington Nationals baseball games, and both Disney theme parks.
Chelsea chose to continue her acting studies at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. She graduated with a BA in Theatre in 2012. During her collegiate years, she further honed her craft by moving to England and studying Drama at the University of Exeter. In college, she performed and toured with the competitive A Cappella group DoubleTake. She also entertained at nearby theme park Busch Gardens as a German beer maiden named Giselle.
Upon graduating, Chelsea began her transition from theatre to film. She landed roles in numerous television shows, pilots, independent films, and commercial campaigns in the Mid-Atlantic market. After shooting over thirty projects during her first year in film, Chelsea decided to relocate to Los Angeles to pursue screen acting.
In LA, she fell in love with improv and comedy. Just three days after moving, Chelsea began improv 101 with the notorious Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB). Her work in class earned her a scholarship, which she used to complete the core curriculum. She's now in UCB's advanced studies program. Chelsea performs improv all over LA with various groups, most notably the all-female team "Woke Up Like This." Her co-ed team "Bullfighter" performs at the Clubhouse Theater on Vermont every third Tuesday at 10:30pm. She's also studying improv at the Groundlings school and enrolled in scene study classes at John Rosenfeld Studios. Other LA classes include Anthony Meindl's Actor Workshop, advanced scene study at Ivana Chubbuck Studios, scene study with Myra Turley, and Killian McHugh's Commercial Workshop.
In 2016, Chelsea performed across the United States in the first national tour of the children's musical "Octonauts Live!" She portrayed Tweak, a feisty engineer who also happens to be a green bunny. The family friendly production traveled to sixty cities.
LA also proved to be good to Chelsea's voiceover career! She has lent her voice to several advertisements, cartoons, industrials, and apps. Most notably, Chelsea is the voiceover artist in over ten national Starbucks commercial campaigns.
